The Department Commander (Ryan Sabinish his e-mail is email@example.com) makes the decision to start a new chapter. Once we receive the Department Commander’s written approval, a Chapter Starter Kit will be sent (please specify whether emailed or snail mailed).
Once you are ready to start submitting new member
s or transfers, please contact us and we will start the following process:
1) Select an available number for the new chapter. When a number is assigned,
applications can be sent to Headquarters and assigned to the new chapter.
2) Notify us if you, or someone else, are willing to be the “Organizer” for the new chapter.
This person would need to sign and return a Transfer Request form for the new chapter
and verify phone number and/or email address for the website.
3) When at least 12 members have signed up, the Application for Charter can be submitted.
(The Application must be signed by the Department Commander.) Once the new chapter is
chartered, the chapter may then apply for the EIN.
