The Department has reserved a suite for the Auxiliary to meet in so there should be room for both meetings.

- Food needs to be ordered.
- Lunch at the hotel will be a sub sandwich buffet
- Dinner at the VFW will be a buffet: broasted chicken and hot roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetable, roll and butter, desert and coffee.
