Reverend Richard Jenkins, Sr passed away July 26, 2023.
Richard was a past national MOPH Chaplin and the immediate past chaplin of the Minnesota Department MOPH. At rest now after suffering from dementia he passed away at the Minneapolis VA Hospital.
