The Purple Heart is the only decoration that attests, without question, to the bearer having been in combat. It is one for which an individual cannot be recommended, it can only be earned.

Born on November 11, 1922. Dale Bork passed away November 7, 2021. Preceded in death by wife, ADonna; and daughter, Diane. Survived by daughter, Dawn (Keith) Morgan and family; and sister, Betty (Gene) Rosenberg and family. Memorial Service 11AM Fri., Sept. 9th at EMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2075 E. 70th St. in Inver Grove Heights with a Gathering beginning at 10AM.
