Minnesota Military Order of the Purple Heart’s Scholarship recipient for 2023, Dylan Kutchner, was awarded his Scholarship on April 29, 2023, in Chanhassen, MN at the MOPH’s Spring Convention. Dylan expressed his thankfulness for this opportunity and looks forward to using this money to help his future at St. John’s University. “This Scholarship means a lot to me and was special because of my grandpa, a purple heart recipient” commented Dylan.
